By the looks of this pic...you can tell that we are one special group of individuals. All of us are so different in so many ways that it's crazy.....CRAZY GOOD. This CRAZY GOODNESS is what we like to call the #ATEAM. This #ATEAM I speak of is the CrossFit Round Rock group of Leaders. Yes we are all Coaches and Personal Trainers....but first we are LEADERS. Leaders in our own individual way. AND let me tell you.....we fit together like peas and carrots. 

I wanted to offer you a little insight into the Crazy Goodness we at CFRR call the #ATEAM. All of our Top 5 Strengths.

Competition~ People strong in the Competition theme measure their progress against the performance of others. They strive to win first place and revel in contests.

Futurist~ People strong in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They inspire others with their visions of the future.

Consistency~ People strong in the Consistency theme are keenly aware of the need to treat people the same. They try to treat everyone in the world fairly by setting up clear rules and adhering to them.
