Team MissFit!

We are now halfway through this years Operation Caveman Paleo/Primal 6 week challenge. This year I have a team of all ladies. Angie, AmyC, AmyK, Karina, Katie, Margaux and Tara make up Team MissFit (a shout out to JannaB for the name idea). This TEAM of 7 ladies are not only seriously driven they want nothing more than to reach the end goal of being the most fit they have ever looked or felt. The hard work is already showing face and is paying off. Our midway measurements were this week and the results were nothing short of mind blowing. Over 30 total inches were lost in 2.5 weeks combined and we still have one more measure to go. Yes I said 30 TOTAL INCHES in 2.5 WEEKS.....BOOM!! They are feeling stronger, faster and healthier everyday and it's so amazing to watch. I am so proud of you ladies!!!! With hard work and determination anything is possible and I know you will all achieve the goals we set. ALL IN....IN for the WIN! Team MissFit all the way!!!!
