"You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win." Zig Ziglar

Kendal aka "in it to win it"

Kendal is a supercharged, running machine! She always wants to know the top score and attacks the workout like it is the last thing she is ever going to do! She inspires others with her over the top love for fitness and competition each and every day. Her strength and muscle endurance was key focus since starting at CrossFit Round Rock and it truly shows! She has dialed in her nutrition to a T and put serious focus into recovery (less running between WODS). Her results have been out of this world. She is willing to listen and learn then apply what it takes to be a better CrossFit athlete and will do anything to win. Kendal is the definition of CrossFit and I am so honored to have her compete apart of our team this coming Saturday! Next on my agenda with Kendal is to convince her to quit her job and become a Coach ;)! I am so proud of you girl! You are going to tear it up this weekend! In it to win it baby!

Ty "The Destroyer"

Ty has been attending CrossFit Round Rock with his mom Jackie since the very first week we opened our doors. Ty has made a total 360 in the last 4 months. He came to us very shy (not anymore!) but ready to work. And work he did! Right away we could tell there was a fire in him that you don't find in every young man his age. He was a winner and loved to compete. His strength is incomparable to what it was 4 months ago and his new found endurance is mind blowing. He treats every WOD very seriously and all the hard work shows! He is always in the running for first place at every WOD and I love it! Right when I found out there was a teen division at FGB I was so pumped! I knew he would destroy it! Ty has worked so hard these last 6 weeks and I can't wait for him to experience his first competition! Can you imagine being able to start CrossFit at 13? Where would you be today? Looking forward to this weekend TY...it's time to WORK SON! Make mama proud :)
