Not feeling well...slept in to get rid of a serious sore throat! And it worked...felt much better.

-waited way to long to eat again..and I did another WOD at CFRR...oppssss

grape seed oil and garlic
1 bacon wrapped date
Timing was horrible for 2 wods today. I was slammed and lost track of time. "Getting better every day....can't be perfect". repeat.
I've go to try these bacon wrapped date thingys.
